These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and mratm88 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), which operates the online gaming services available at>https://mratm88.cam.

• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover Requirement") refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any winings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification procedure required prior to processing withdrawals.
• "MYR" refers to Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the mratm88 Platform.
• "Applicable Law" means any law, regulation, or directive applicable to the Platform's operations in the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

To register and maintain an active account on the mratm88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are registering as an individual, acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the mratm88 Platform, whether by your own request (self-exclusion) or by administrative action.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or agent of mratm88 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by any applicable law or regulation.

mratm88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

4.1 Registration

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account only on the mratm88 Platform. The existence of more than one account person — whether registered under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Submitting false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Applicable Law.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your mratm88 account. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify mratm88's customer support team immediately upon becoming aware of, or having reasonable grounds to suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your account. mratm88 shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

mratm88 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all Members prior to approving any withdrawal request. Acceptable documents for Malaysian residents include a valid MyKad (Malaysian IC), Driver's Licence, or Passport, accompanied by proof of residential address (such as a utility bill issued within the preceding three months) and a selfie holding the identification document.

Verification is typically completed within 24–48 business hours of receiving all required documentation. mratm88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion. Accounts that remain unverified for an extended period may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is successfully completed.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to a mratm88 account must be made using payment methods registered in the Member's own name. mratm88 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. Accepted deposit channels include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, USDT, and BTC. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or MYR-equivalent.

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing conditions are set out on the Cashier page within the Platform and are subject to periodic revision. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation by the relevant payment processor.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods registered in the Member's own name and previously used for deposits on the Platform, subject to the Platform's payment method availability at the time of the withdrawal request. mratm88 reserves the right to request additional verification prior to processing any withdrawal.

E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong via FPX/DuitNow) may take 1–3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are generally processed within 15minutes, subject to network congestion.

mratm88 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, to delay processing pending KYC verification, and to decline a withdrawal request where reasonable grounds exist to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

5.3 Responsible Deposits

mratm88 encourages all Members to set deposit limits in their account settings as part of responsible gaming practice. Deposit limit changes that reduce the existing limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a cooling-off period of no less than 24 hours.

All bonuses, promotional offers, and rewards made available by mratm88 are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the relevant promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotional term and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence for that promotion.

• Welcome Bonuses are available to new Members only and may be claimed once per eligible account. Multiple accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitute fraud.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements, which must be satisfied before any funds derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements by any applicable deadline will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winings.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, for example, may contribute at a reduced rate compared to slots. Specific contribution rates are detailed on the relevant promotion page.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While any wagering requirement remains outstanding, Members may not place a bet exceeding the maximum bet limit specified for the relevant bonus (typically RM 20–RM 50 per round or bet, unless otherwise stated).
• Abuse & Fraud: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to hedge betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated collusion with other Members — will result in the voiding of the bonus, cancellation of any associated winnings, and potential account closure.

mratm88 offers a range of gaming products including, but not limited to, live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sic bo), sports betting (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other markets), slots, live football markets, lottery, and arcade games. Each game category is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the Platform.

All gaming outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) softwarefor digital games) or by the actions of independently operated live dealers (for live casino games). mratm88 does not manipulate game outcomes and cannot guarantee the result of any bet or wager.

In the event of a technical failure — including server error, connectivity interruption, or software malfunction — during an active game session, mratm88 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve outstanding game states based on available transaction records. mratm88's decision on such matters shall be final and binding.

Sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and event. mratm88 reserves the right to void markets, suspend betting, or adjust odds where there are grounds for suspicion of irregular betting activity, eroneous odds publication, or force majeure events affecting the relevant sport or event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mratm88 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and where warranted, referal to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Collusion with other Members, dealers, or Platform employees to cheat or defraud the Platform or other players.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process, deposit, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other Platform process.
• Using payment methods not registered in the Member's own name, or receiving funds from third parties for the purpose of depositing on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform for commercial purposes — including operating the Platform as a business, facilitating third-party access, or aggregating betting data — without express written consent from mratm88.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software or technology.

All content on the mratm88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all text — is the exclusive intellectual property of mratm88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written authorisation from mratm88.

Any unauthorised use of mratm88's intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data are governed by the mratm88 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, mratm88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, whether influenced by technical malfunction or otherwise;
• Loss or corruption of data arising from technical failures beyond mratm88's reasonable control;
• Interruption to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical upgrades, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any third-party claims or demands arising from your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude mratm88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Applicable Law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mratm88 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterupted availability, or freedom from errors or harmful components.

mratm88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where materially significant changes are made, mratm88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Members via in-platform notification or email to the registered address on file.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact our support team to request account closure.

The version of these Terms displaying the most recent "Last Updated" date shall take precedence over all prior versions. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mratm88 holds its operational licence, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and mratm88, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting mratm88's customer support team. mratm88 undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of first notice, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of a mutually agreed arbitral body. The seat of arbitration shall be determined in accordance with the Platform's licensing jurisdiction.
